Annulment without cancellation charge:
At least three month before the arranged arrival date of the guest, it is possible for both parties, this means the guest or the accommodation facility to cancel the accommodation contract free of any charge.

Please Note:
The cancellation explanation must be received by the signatory 3 months prior to pre-arranged arrival date.. If the guest doesn’t appear on the prearranged arrival day by 18:00 P.M. and if there is an alternate date arranged, the host is authorised to withdraw from a contract. In the case that the guest has paid a deposit, the accommodation must be kept for him up until 12:00 of the next day.

Annulment with cancellation charge:
At least one month before the arranged arrival day of the guest, both signatories are able to withdraw from the contract. In this case the guest must pay a cancellation charge in the amount of one room for every three days booked.

Please Note:
The cancellation explanation must be received by the signatory one month prior to the pre-arranged arrival date. Even though the guest has not taken occupation, the guest is obliged to pay the cancellation charge. The host must advise on the discounts given at the time of the booking (normally 20% on room price and 30% on board and lodging) or the intake should the room still have been rented out. .

Please Note:
Should there be a cancellation, other guest may be found.

Jurisdiction
In the event of litigation the responsible and local court for the accommodation facility takes decision.
Exception: If the place of employment or the domicile of the guest is in Austria, the local court is responsible.
