As a hostess, it is a responsible and wonderful task. During the last years my profession my job turned into my private hobby. Here in the hotel where stress and hectic ness are not noticeable, our regular guests feel very comfortable and like a home from home. Our regular guests gave us this feedback. Hotel Kramer is a small city hotel in Villach’s downtown with rural charm. We created a resort filled with wellness and friendliness and we offer you a truthful cost-benefit ratio. This is a reason we love and appreciate working with our guests . My room maids, employees at the reception and in the breakfast room obtained a special award by the federal ministry for the customised and personal style of leadership.
